Who We Are
HOME + HEART COCOON LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides digital courses, a subscription membership, workshops, website services, and other wellness-related digital and retail products.

Your Agreement
By using any HOME + HEART COCOON LLC service or platform, you agree to the Terms & Conditions and applicable platform rules (Mighty Networks, Squarespace).

Account Responsibilities
Access is for one individual only. You are responsible for actions taken through your account. Sharing or transferring access is not permitted.

Intellectual Property
All content (videos, meditations, audio, writing, branding, etc.) belongs to HOME + HEART COCOON LLC or its licensors.

Membership (Mighty Networks)

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, for both the Monthly and 90 day membership plans. By joining, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method for each billing period until cancellation.

Cancelling a membership:

  • You can cancel membership at any time before the next renewal date and you will not be charged again.

  • Self-cancel in Mighty Networks, or Email cocoon@homeandheartcocoon.com

  • If you email, we will cancel the renewal within 24 hours.

  • You must cancel before the next renewal date to avoid additional charges.

    When cancellation takes effect:

  • Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period.

  • You keep access until that period ends. Then your access ends.

  • If you are on the 90-day plan, that means access through the end of those 90 days, not an immediate cut-off.


Refunds:

  • We do not offer refunds for time already paid, including the current month or the current 90-day period.

  • If you cancel, you keep what you’ve paid for until the period ends. That time is not refunded, and we do not prorate unused days.


Refund Overview

  • Courses: All sales final.

  • Membership: Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins.

Website Usage
Cookies are used. Website content cannot be copied or republished without permission.

Conduct
Users must engage respectfully and avoid unlawful, harmful, or disruptive behavior.

User-Generated Content
Users retain ownership but provide HOME + HEART COCOON LLC a license to display and use submitted content.

Disclaimers
Services are provided “as-is” and without warranty.

Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product/service in dispute.


Third-Party Licensed Partners
Partner-run programs are governed by partner terms; liability belongs to the partner.

    You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivatives of our content or software.

Violations may result in termination of access without refund.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials—including audio, video, text, graphics, trademarks, logos, meditations, guided exercises, branding, and all derivative works are the exclusive property of HOME + HEART COCOON LLC or licensed partners. You may not use our intellectual property without express written permission.

2. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)

Some Services allow posting or submission of comments, posts, messages, media, and participation in discussions (“User-Generated Content” or “UGC”).

By submitting UGC, you:

  • Grant HOME + HEART COCOON LLC a worldwide, perpetual, royalty- free, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, modify, display, distribute, and create derivative works from your UGC for any lawful purpose.We may remove UGC at any time for any reason, including safety, legal compliance, or community standards.

  • Post harmful, illegal, obscene, or defamatory content

  • Promote products, programs, services, professionals, property or solicitations without authorization

  • Share private or personal information of others without consent

  • Interfere with platform operations or security

  • Use bots, scraping tools, or automated access

  • Use content for commercial purposes without permission

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the Services.

PLATFORM-SPECIFIC TERMS

  • Memberships auto-renew monthly or every 90 days until canceled.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins.

  • No partial or prorated credits are issued for early cancellation.

  • Access ends at the end of the paid billing period.

  • Behavioral rules apply; violations may result in removal without refund.

  • Memberships can be cancelled at any time.

  • We use cookies for functionality, personalization, and analytics.

  • You may not republish, copy, or redistribute site content without our express written permission.

  • We may update, modify, or remove website content at any time without notice.

3. PURCHASING & BILLING

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Taxes may apply based on your location. You authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge the payment method you provide. If payment fails, your access may be suspended or terminated.

4. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins.

  • No partial or prorated refunds are provided.- You may cancel at any time before your next renewal date to avoid future charges.

4b. Events, Retreats, Workshops or Live Programs

  • Refund policies for events, retreats, workshops or live programs may vary and will be stated clearly at the point of sale.

  • HOME + HEART COCOON LLC is not responsible for refunds related to partner-operated programs unless explicitly stated.

5. TECHNOLOGY & ACCESS

We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free performance, compatibility with every device, or that content will remain unchanged. Temporary outages, maintenance, or changes to features may occur.

6. HEALTH & WELLNESS DISCLAIMER

Some offerings may be delivered by independently operated licensed partners.

  • The partner’s Terms & Conditions apply;

  • The partner is responsible for the program’s delivery and administration;

  • HOME + HEART COCOON LLC is not liable for the partner’s actions, omissions, refunds, or performance, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

    Co-branding or association with HOME + HEART COCOON LLC does not by itself alter the allocation of responsibility for partner-managed programs.

1. MISCELLANEOUS

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effects.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce such provision in the future.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and HOME + HEART COCOON LLC regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements regarding the subject matter hereof.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms in our discretion.
